The source indicates that a huge house with 23 bedrooms was bought by Deripaska in 2006, but the transaction itself was confidential. The house was bought by a certain company Hestia International and it is unknown who owns it. The interlocutors of the Washington-based newspaper say that this is Oleg Deripaska.

It is known that the area of ​​the house is more than 2100 square meters. It has several dozens of different rooms. The house is located in the rich Embassy Row area. By the way, Embassy Row is home to a significant part of Washington’s political elite. It is assumed that Deripaska lives next door to influential American politicians and diplomats.
